Our commitment to accuracy
Creative Narrative is committed to providing accurate and truthful information. While we strive for perfection, we are human and mistakes can happen. When an error is found, we will correct it promptly and transparently. Our policy is designed to maintain the trust of our readers by being open about our errors and their corrections.
Reporting a correction
If you believe you have found an error in one of our pages or posts, please let us know by sending us a message to: [email protected]. Please provide the URL or the article / page title, a description of the error, and the correct information or context. Thank you.
Our correction process
Once we receive communication of a potential error, we will:
1. Investigate and verify the accuracy of the information provided.
2. Correction: If an error is confirmed, we will correct the original post / page.
3. Acknowledgement: Depending on the severity of the error, we will issue a notice to inform our readers of the change.
Types of corrections and how we handle them
We distinguish between different types of errors based on their significance.
Minor errors corrections
1. What they are: Small grammatical mistakes, spelling errors, or broken links that do not change the factual meaning of the content.
2. How we handle them: These will be fixed directly in the article or page without a formal correction notice.
Major errors corrections
1. What they are: Factual inaccuracies, misleading statements, or incorrect names and dates.
2. How we handle them:
The post will be updated to reflect the correct information, e.g. “A correction notice will be added to the bottom of the post or page, explaining what was changed and when. For example: *Correction (October 31, 2025): An earlier version of this post incorrectly stated the name of the company. The correct name is Company ABC.”
Major errors and retractions – rare cases
1. If a post or page contains fundamental and widespread inaccuracies, fabricated information, or was published unethically, we may need to retract it.
2. How we handle them:
*A retraction notice will replace the original content of the post.
*The notice will explain why the article was retracted and, if appropriate, will link to a post-mortem explanation.
Changes to opinions and new information
1. Opinion updates: This policy does not apply to changes in personal opinion or new developments that occur after a post is published. We may update articles to include new information, but we will clearly mark these instances as an “Update,” not a “Correction”.
2. Transparency: Our goal is to be fully transparent about what has been changed and why, ensuring that the historical record of our content is preserved.
Policy updates
This corrections policy may be updated periodically without prior notice, with the most recent revision made on 31 October 2025. Changes might occur as we find necessary or if dictated by law. The policy will be reviewed at least annually.
